【Mediterranean Style】Dried Tomato Risotto

1. Heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and add the contents of the tray. Stir for 1 minute.
2. Add 7 grams of salt (or appropriate amount). If desired, you can also add 50 ml of white wine and let it evaporate.
3. Add about 750 ml hot water little by little while stirring until smooth and "al dente" (about 25 minutes on medium heat).
4. Remove from the heat and mix with Parmesan cheese if you wish.
* The amount for one person is approximately 95g of our risotto and 300ml of water. Remember to shake the tray before getting a homogeneous mixture.
