Notice to customers

  • All items sold are non-refundable.
  • If the goods have quality problems, they can be replaced within 7 days from the receipt of the goods by presenting the electronic receipt together with the complete packaging and accessories (if any).
  • All personal care products, food and beverages, epidemic prevention products (including masks), display items, special offers and gifts are not returnable or exchangeable.
  • In case of any dispute, Wine Wine Club reserves the right of final decision.

Delivery arrangements

  • Free delivery service is provided for purchases over HK$800; if the purchase is less than HK$800, a delivery fee of HK$100 will be charged per item.
  • The goods will be shipped within 7 days from checkout.
  • If the goods are scheduled to be delivered in advance, we will contact you by phone to arrange the delivery.
  • Delivery services are not provided in the following areas: Island areas including the airport, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and Tung Chung, any controlled areas and areas where trucks are prohibited from entering.

Pick up at the office

  • When you shop at the Wine Wine Club online store, you can enjoy free in-office pick-up service.
  • The goods will arrive at the selected office within 7 days from checkout.
  • If the goods arrive early, we will contact you by phone to arrange collection.
  • The free storage period at the Wine Wine Club office is 7 days from checkout; if withdrawn after the storage period, an administrative fee of HK$50 will be charged.

Example 1:

Purchased on 1/1/2021, you can pick up your order at the selected store from 7/1/2021 to 14/1/20201^. For pickup on or after 15/1/2021, an administrative fee of HK$50 will be charged.

  • The staff of the delivery department will not be able to answer your questions about the goods or handle returns.
  • If you have any questions about the goods you received, please contact the online store customer service specialist at WhatsApp 9296 8050 or email info@winewineclub.com.hk for follow-up.

Change order

  • When you complete the online order process through the Wine Wine Club online store, you cannot change any ordered product information or delivery address.
  • If it is necessary to change the goods or delivery address in the order, Wine Wine Club online store will charge a per-time administrative fee of HK$50. Please note that any changes will affect expected shipping times.
  • When the order is in "Paid" status, we regret that we cannot accept any order changes.

cancel the order

  • If your order is canceled due to out-of-stock or other reasons, the relevant purchase price will be refunded to your payment credit card 14 days from checkout.

Return or exchange product

  • Our company only accepts damaged items for return and exchange.
  • However, due to personal hygiene issues, there is no return or exchange service for all personal care products, food and beverages, and epidemic prevention products (including masks).
  • Products requested for return or exchange must meet the following conditions:
  • All returned goods must have not been opened or used;
  • All parts, accessories, user manuals, warranty certificates (not filled in), gifts and discount redemption gifts must be intact and returned together with the goods;
  • Present the original invoice; otherwise the company will have the right to refuse the replacement. If you fail to complete and return the required documents or goods, the company has the right to reject your application.
  • If you find that your order is damaged when you receive it, please contact the Wine Wine Club online store customer service specialist at What's App 9296 8050 or email info@winewineclub.com.hk for follow-up.
  • If the goods have quality problems, they can be replaced within 7 days from checkout with the electronic receipt together with the complete packaging and accessories (if any). After verification, the customer service specialist will arrange for you to return to the office for exchange.
  • We apologize for not being able to arrange returns or exchanges for products that have been received for more than 7 days.
  • In case of any dispute, Wine Wine Club reserves the right of final decision.
