Lobster soup 400 ml (half bottle)
Fresh milk/light cream 250 ml
Lobster/shrimp/crab meat 50 g
diced onion 100 g
Brandy/white wine (according to personal preference) 20 ml

Put butter in a soup pot. When the pot is hot, add onions for 2 minutes until soft.
Step 2
Add 400 ml of lobster broth and lobster meat and cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, then pour in 250 ml of fresh milk/light cream, bring to a boil and then turn off the heat.
