What to put on a vegan cheese board?
Cheese – the most important part! Use a variety of plant-based cheeses, from aged to soft cheeses.
Bread and Crackers - crusty bread or crackers, Long bread and seeded biscuits are suitable for spreading cheese.
Spread/Tape Tapenade - You can serve it with sweet jam, hummus, cheese spread, or any cheese you like.
Fruit – No vegan cheese platter is complete without fruit. Keep it simple and throw in some dried apricots, or if you like, strawberries, pears and apple slices.
Olives and pickled foods – Again, this isn’t required but is a fun addition to any grazing board, especially if you have some mild cheese to complement it. Red cabbage and sauerkraut are also very good.
